War, What is it Good For? More than you May Want to Admit

Hello,

It's wild how two to three days can exacerbate into two to three weeks. I had a family member tell me, and it's kind of a common understanding, that keeping up with your responsibilities is easier for whatever that's worth, than having to catch up on your responsibilities. But, sometimes life happens and you end up playing catch up. That is where I continue to be at in this season and it's too much to fully unpack at the moment.

Update from Ken

Hello and welcome to the new Newsletter subscribers! We've seen some good growth for us over the last couple of weeks so thanks for being here we are happy to have you. It's my goal to provide as much value to you personally and professionally as possible. I am eager to partner with you in this season of your life. As mentioned I've been "behind" on some of my commitments. 2026 started as a transitional year for me. Some of that is starting to settle, which is whatever, but the thing that is a bit discouraging is the reality that sometimes your best isn't good enough not because of you per-say, but because of the nature of resources.

As this year presses forward and reality continues to collide with ambition I am learning that saying "no" is necessary to get ahead. Your best life is on the other side of you rejecting unnecessary expectations from yourself and others, avoiding lifestyle creep, and living within your means without lambasting your means for not being good enough. Even in that though, the further challenge is not letting how many resources you do or don't have discourage you from pursuing and achieving your greater objectives.

American-Israeli War in Iran

video preview

Unless you live under a rock you are surely aware that America and Isreal are in a hot war with Iran, arguably the first real hot war of World War 3, albeit without American troops on the ground (yet). On February 28, 2026, President Donald J. Trump announced operation "Epic Fury", a war against Iran. The top-line goals for the U.S. and Isreal are military degradation, civil destabilization, and regime change in Iran. America and more so Israel don't want Iran to have a nuclear weapon. There is no evidence and there has been no evidence that Iran was ever building a nuclear weapon.

Prior to Trump 1.0 Iran and the U.S. were allied under the Iranian Nuclear Deal, Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA; signed by President Obama in 2015. In 2018 Trump withdrew from the deal claiming that it wasn't strong enough to protect the U.S. or her allies in the region. In 2021 Iran stopped adhering to the JCPOA all together. This is significant because it is in America's interest to diminish the proliferation of nuclear weapons around the world and particularly in Iran.

In 1953 the CIA launched Operation Ajax, a coup d'état against Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh. The Mosaddegh was democratically elected and under his leadership he decided to nationalize Iran's oil industry. Prior to this decision Iran's oil industry was transnational. Britain and the U.S. in particular didn't like these restrictions on the oil in the region and amidst the coup they installed the Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Under the Shah Iran began to develop its nuclear program with help from the west.

In 1979 the Shah was overthrown in a civil revolt and Ali Khamenei became the supreme leader of Iran. Iran is a theocracy. A good portion if not all of the middle east is represented by a theocracy. Islam is the main religion in the region and in Islam there are two main "denominations", the Sunni and the Shia. Most of the Arab world that are theocratic are Sunni. Sunni also happens to be the more amenable version of Islam. Shia, on the other hand is considered to be more radical and Iran in particular and especially under the Supreme leader is Shia. On top of that Khamenei was a disciple of Mosaddegh so at the very least he was sympathetic to the former prime minister's plight and the conditions of Iran overall to that point.

Once Khamenei took power slowly but surely over the course of decades he increased Iran's nuclear capabilities. Ali Khamenei is now dead, killed by the United States and Isreal, along with most of his family with only his son outliving him. His son, Mojtaba Khamenei is now the new supreme leader of Iran. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a statement suggesting that now was the time to attack Iran in this way because Israel was going to strike them anyway. Israel, who is the actual only nuclear power in the middle east has been sounding the alarm about Iran and the greater middle east for years as well, because of the dubious nature of their existence and their greater Isreal ambitions.

So, here we are, cleaning up Britain's and our own mess yet again. God forbid a country with natural resources gets to keep and profit off of their own resources; that's un-American. Especially if they aren't nuclear armed, just ask Venezuela and Nicolas Maduro. Between Trump's ego, the fact that Iran is a decades old problem for America, Israel's desire to become a global power, Epstein's influence from beyond the grave, the general fight for world hegemony with other global super powers including China, EU, and Russia, and America's twisted self-determination/manifest destiny doctrine with our military and Armageddon and the second coming of Christ; this conflict is a quagmire and I think the first real foray into WWIII.

Encouragement For Your Week

This week I want to encourage you in that challenging things are often the more rewarding things. Just because something is difficult that doesn't mean that it's not meant for you. You must choose to believe that what you are persevering for will be worth it in the end. If you're doing something, that something is uniquely challenging, and you are unsure about what an expected end might look like, then maybe you should stop, reconsider, and or change courses. But, if you want something you believe to be righteous and you have more obstacles than results, don't give up, use your opposition as fuel to drive you to your goal. You only get opposed and face challenges when you are doing something worth doing. Individuals who don't do anything with themselves aren't a threat. But if you're a threat, those threatened by you will get uncomfortable. Anything worth having will come with a fight that reflects its value. Keep fighting until your victory is won and your winnings are tangible.

Hello Reader, Ken's Corner It's March but i'm still finishing up February. February being a short month matters for sure. Regardless we're forging ahead. Hello Reader, Ken's Corner Towards the end of last week I had some technical difficulties. I feel like I've been having those. Since the top of this year everyone I've encountered has asked me, what am I going to do next? I get that question less often these days but I still feel the pressure. The problem is that everything that I come up with just feels or seems like something I don't want to do. I may be giving up on my future in some capacity. What I want to do is not have to strive and...

Hello Reader, Last week we didn't publish anything other than this Newsletter. The previous week we published everything but this Newsletter. I do hope to get on track in some capacity and not make this kind of inconsistency normal, however, this also reflects the season that I, Kenneth, continue to traverse, and therefore us Life with Ken. I'll pray about it but maybe i'll create something around a summary the events of this first quarter. I see a horizon but I'm still proverbially out at...
