Life with Ken is Celebrating 5 Years!

Hey Reader,

We are celebrating 5 years of Life with Ken! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Life with Ken is 5-Years-Old!

This month on July 17th, Life with Ken will be turning 5-years-old. Firstly we want to thank you for being part of this journey. It's a blessing to be able to use this platform in a way that is hopefully helping you live more confidently every day.

Five years is significant because five is the age of survival. If something makes it to 5 years it's more likely to make it longer than that. 5 is the threshold for survival. Anything that is going to have a significant existence has to make it past 5 years.

This is also a humbling and great milestone because in some respects I didn't think Life with Ken would be here. I use to vacillate between whether or not I should keep this going or throw in the towel. Well, based on the evidence looks like we're here to stay for a long while. I don't think I'll be doing this for the rest of my life, but there is definitely a legacy here and as of this Newsletter I don't plan on not doing this for some time!

We will be rolling out various offers, giveaways, and other opportunities for the entire month of July!!!

We are kicking off our celebration with a Free One Year Paid Subscription to Life with Ken on Substack!

Our Substack is our publication where we publish all of our full-length content. Get full access to our articles, voice over features, community engagement and more.

The best is yet to come for Life with Ken and for your life as well.

Hey Reader, I'm learning how to let go in real time. I was preparing for the day today and while doing so a task came up on my schedule that was left over from yesterday. In that moment a decision was made that if I didn't do it, it wasn't going to be done. The thing i'm referring to was relatively low stakes so it was easy to let go of, but also because of that, it informed my thought process on what it's like to let go of certain things. Hello Reader, I won't be long today. I want to encourage you with some of the things that I am doing to perpetuate forward focused activity in this season: FramingπŸͺŸ: I can have a tendency to view things in extremes. Sometimes I wish my lived experience, and the world more objectively speaking was more binary. That said, this kind of thinking can sometimes distort reality and a result if you can relate to functioning this way, sometimes you may make something out of nothing in a debilitating...

Hello Reader, This morning I wanted some breakfast. Firstly, I can recall when getting breakfast wasn't such a task. I feel like it use to be easier to go somewhere, grab something quick to eat for breakfast, and don't pay an arm and a leg for it. But at least right now there feels like there might be a war on breakfast. Earlier this year McDonald's CEO Chris Kempczinski sounded the alarm by saying that consumers have been skipping breakfast. Breakfast is becoming a luxury item where either...
